The Tulip design package at BM Design Studio is for smaller scope designs such as 1 large living area or majlis as well as an outdoor/ garden design under 100m2.
The deliverables are 3D visualizations, 2D drawings (Furniture layout, MEP drawing, Tiling, RCP) and a materials & finishes selection list for ID. For landscape projects: 2D drawings (Hardscape plan, Softscape plan, Lighting plan) 3D visualizations (night and day shots) and a materials and finishes selection list.
2 revisions included, design timeline to be completed within 1 month.
