For clients looking for an initial design direction to build on, 1 offline hour is dedicated to creating and look and feel which will be discussed in the 2 remaining hours to build consensus on the look and feel that will be adopted in the 3D visualizations.

The Tulip design package at BM Design Studio is for smaller scope designs such as 1 large living area or majlis as well as an outdoor/ garden design under 100m2.

The Bonsai design tier is suitable for clients looking for an ID design for spaces within 40-50 m2 (retail or residential).

This tier is also applicable for landscape outdoor design for areas from 101 m2 to 1000 m2.

The Cedar design tier is suitable for G0 to G10 architectural scopes as well as ID scopes that are 800-1000m2.

The design deliverables will be as per the T&C of the project to be signed off as a precursor to the Cedar package.

This is a 3 phase payment for each phase: 33.3% concept, 33.3% schematic, 33.3% Development with a total of 60,000 Euros.
