The Cedar design tier is suitable for G0 to G10 architectural scopes as well as ID scopes that are 800-1000m2.
The design deliverables will be as per the T&C of the project to be signed off as a precursor to the Cedar package.
This is a 3 phase payment for each phase: 33.3% concept, 33.3% schematic, 33.3% Development with a total of 60,000 Euros.
*For large farm projects over 40,000 sqm 1 payment is applicable equaling 20,000 euros.
