The Cohort is a co-living co-working project that aims to redefine spaces according to today’s trends of flexible and remote working. The arrival of the “Boutique Hotel” in the hotel sector has profoundly changed the way clients view different establishments. The task here is to identify the “aesthic code” which will define The Cohort, starting with its pilot, Project Liosion. The style is a combination of Industrial: stripping down the structural elements and exposing the MEP; Eclectic: Mixing in the choice of different furniture pieces; and Refined: colors and materials.
